YOSHIDA INDUSTRIES Co., Ltd. ,YOSHIDA COSMEWORKS Co., Ltd. and YOSHIDA, Inc. have made a “Health Company Declaration*” to the Tokyo Federation of National Federation Health Insurance Societies.
The following health management initiatives have been actively implemented by all members of our company, and as of 6th February 2024, it has been recognized as an ” Excellent Company for Health Maintenance” and we are the recipient of the Silver Rank Certification from the National Federation Health Insurance Societies.
– 100% participation rate in regular health check-ups
– Utilization of health check-up results
– Improvement of workplace environment for health promotion
– Initiatives focusing on nutrition , exercise, smoking cessation and mental health
We will continue to aim for a more vibrant workplace through promoting employee health.
